Returns & Refunds

At Skög Timberworks, every humidor is crafted in small batches from solid hardwood. Because of this, we ask that customers review product details carefully before placing an order.

That said, we stand behind our work and want you to be satisfied with your purchase.


Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused
  • It must be in its original condition
  • It must be returned in its original packaging

Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

 

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you if your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow several business days for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.


Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged during shipping or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Include photos of the product and packaging so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it quickly.

Depending on the situation, we may offer:

  • A replacement
  • A repair
  • A refund

 

Natural Material Variations

Skög humidors are made from solid hardwoods.

Variations in grain, color, and natural markings are part of the character of the material and are not considered defects.

These variations make each piece unique.

 

Exchanges

At this time we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, the original item must first be returned and a new order placed.
