At Skög Timberworks, each humidor is carefully inspected and packaged before shipment to ensure it arrives safely.
Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days after purchase.
Because Skög humidors are produced in small batches, processing times may vary slightly depending on product availability and order volume.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the selected delivery method.
All orders are shipped from the United States.
Delivery Estimates
Delivery times depend on the shipping carrier and destination. Most domestic orders arrive within 3–7 business days after shipment.

Please include photos of the product and packaging so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
